We developed PlatypusDB, a database with an integrated R component that allows the rapid analysis and integration of hundreds of thousands of B and T cells containing both adaptive immune receptor information (VDJ) and single-cell transcriptomes (GEX). The corrisponding manuscript can be found here at PlatypusDB developers et al.
PlatypusDB is a curated database. All uploaded datasets will be checked by the Platypus Team (See Authors and Reddy Lab @DBSSE). To submit a dataset please download and fill out the template metadata.csv file below. Then send this and your info to us via the contact form. We will then provide a link to which you can upload the raw Cellranger ouput files of the dataset. We will format this for the database and run the VDJ_GEX_matrix function to provide quick overview access to your data for other users. Please be aware that PlatyusDB is a public database under the GPL-2 License. All uploaded datasets are also made public and may be used in any research context if appropriately cited. To ensure dataset quality, we only accept submissions of datasets which have been published in a peer-reviewed journal.
